Mcdonald's

Ordered online and went to pick it up at around 7pm when the lobby should be open, but all doors are locked. A sign reads to press buzzer and call their phone number, but there's no buzzer and "this phone number is no longer in service". I went to the drive thru and waited 20 minutes before giving up without my order and my money gone.

Ordered online waited in the pick up spot for about 15 minutes no one ever came out, then my screen changed like they had given me the order and they didn't. So i went in no one helped. I had to call someone over then they said they didnt have the order , 2 bags we're sitting on the counter and until another employee pointed the bags out i was getting no where . The online order was a waste of time. I've gave this particular mcdonald's enough chances, but I'm done with this place.

Still better than the one on Rio Rancho, we make a small trip to this Mcdonald's since the quality is superb. The nuggets were hot and fresh as well as the fries. I couldn't contain myself and ate a nugget out the bag leading to me almost burning my tounge, that's how fresh they were but worth it. They'll give you a lot of sauces you just have to ask, their employees are very helpful. If you want a good Mcdonald's then this is the one to go to.

I feel bad for the employees. While at the drivev thru, the emoloyee at the window was checking my order to make sure it was a plain burger and the manager grabbed the bag out of his hands and tossed another bag at him! Who does that! Every time I come to this McDees drive-thru the managers seem lost, unprofessional and RUDE!! It's the only McDees on my way home so I have no choice, but after seeing what I saw today, I finally decided to write a review. It's 2022.. management should know how to treat people regardless of what culture you are. Please learn to respect your employees and use TACT!!
