Review Hime Sushi & Roll - Chino

I am honestly obsessed with this place! The service is amazing and the food is delicious! I recommend this place to all of my friends any time sushi is brought up. This is our favorite place to eat sushi. It’s really reasonably priced and the quality is incredible.

The sushi is good but the service is awful. She wasn't unpleasant per se, but completely uninterested and not helpful at all. The little boy who announced to the restaurant at the top of his lungs that he had to poop was the most memorable part of the experience. They should hire him.

Extremely disappointed. Even though it’s 50% for all sushi and rolls, I don’t recommend this place. Very small portion and not tasty at all. It doesn’t like sushi, but terribly made rice ball. Definitely won’t return.

Japanese cuisine. I had their AYCE lunch special with a co-worker. As with most typical AYCE, they stuff the rolls with loads of rice. The baked salmon roll was really overcooked. The fresh rolls were alright if you take out some of the rice. The nigiri was the surprising winner. Gave 2 stars and not 3 because near the end of our lunch, we started to feel very gassy. At first I thought it was just me, but I look across the table, and the co-worker feels the same.

The Cashier got mad because I asked for more wasabi. There were no chopsticks in the bag. I didn't want to have further interactions with this restaurant so I used my fingers to eat. The spicy tuna rolls were bland. Maybe this is why its 50% off. There are better restaurants.

Great ayce place before covid hit. Rolls are made very well. I'd recommend the dynamite roll, comes with baked scallops on a bed of mixed hot vegetables on top of California rolls. 4 stars because when I ordered yesterday seem like some of the fish that suppose to come on certain rolls was not there and the restaurant didn't give me the heads up but it was still good and fresh.

Let's start this off with who I am and how much I have consumed. 33 years old have been dining on sushi since I was 18. My original sushi spot is wabisabi Grove and 60 fwy. Anyways this place has good prices but the quality and friendliness is very poor. I'll eat here again because its cheap but I asked for eel sauce on the side to a langostine roll which they try to tell you is baby lobsters... that's a sign of ignorance and when I get home my sushi is mush.... pay attention to the order not that hard. The salmon is not very fresh.

They never fail to disappoint me. I would only order from this place through postmates, no other food chain and this place only. It's 2 minutes away from my warehouse job in Honda in chino and I ALWAYS recommend to my supervisor and to others who ask me about it at work, this place is hands down the best!

Speechless! Everything is great; the food, the service, the prices, the only bad thing for me, is the distance, but I don't really mind the driving because the food is worth it!
