Second time ordering from this location after the Mooresville location left us with a very bad taste for Pizza Hut in general. This location so far has been amazing. Wonderful customer service and so polite! This last order they had just ran out of the crust we had ordered. Things happen!! I understand and it makes it even better when they are polite and go above and beyond to make you have a good experience. The lady immediately called me and asked if we would like a different crust and offered a more expensive crust at no extra charge. The pizza is always hot, fresh and tastes amazing. Happy to feel excited about ordering pizza again!!

Worked for 1 week. Got wrongfully fired for a medical condition. Before I got fired the assistant manager tori decided she was gonna yell at me about the social media policy right in front of everyone didn't pull me aside to speak to me privately. Manager Brittany didn't fire me properly did it in front of everyone. And didn't even properly disclose of the reasons for firing. Don't recommend this place as a place to work.

Food and service is always good, but temperature in building is always freezing. Other restaurants in town are packed on Sunday, but I have to believe would have more dine in business if the temperature was comfortable.

My server, Terri, is AMAZING!
Now, while the bar didn't have the freshest and hottest food available, Terri shined!
Her bubbling personality and infectious smile made me not worry about the wait for hot food.
I desired to watch CNN, and she changed the channel and made me feel so comfortable.
She is a benefit to this establishment but most importantly, a treasure to this community.
I'll return simply because of her.

Always been coming to this Pizza Hut. Sadly today will be my last visit. Ordered pizza online, got there, stood at the cash register for 20min. Guy walking around looking lost then came out with a pizza. Apologize for my wait, felt the box completely cold. Plus it wasn't in the warmer that it's normally in. Open box and there's mushrooms on it too. He was really pleasant and offer to remake one but the entire situation was to weird to even allow him to remake. Left the pizza and didn't request a refund because I am so never going back to this location again.

ordered pep pizza and bread sticks. got a call saying bread sticks were dropped and there making new ones. pizza ended up getting to me luke warm and dried out and hard.

Ill be honest . normally pizza hut is great. But something was off. My wife said the sauce tasted totally different. I thought it tasted like marinara sauce. If not it wasn't very good. Normally great. But we hadn't ate there in months.

My thin crust Supreme pizza I ordered this time. Tasted stale and old like it was a previous order from someone else and just left out. When I received it it wasn't hot. Veggies were burned to a crisp.
