Mcdonald's

Always a long wait. Last night we Waited 20 min in drive thru to get food for my daughter after a long night at dance. There were only 5 cars ahead of us. We got a 4 piece happy meal with 3 regular nuggets and a end of a nugget as the 4th piece. This is not our only problem at this MCD. In the past we have had issues with service. Staff are rude, food is almost always cold, long wait times, and orders are rarely correct. Make sure you check it before you leave so you don’t have to head back. Go to Hardee’s or make the healthier choice and go to subway!

I'd give this a 1 star but the coffee, frappe, and burritos were good. The three sausage egg mcmuffins we purchased all had shells from the eggs cracked into them. After two bites I had to throw mine away and my husband also had shell in his sandwiches. Never had that happen at my local McDonald's. Recommend paying a little more attention to detail.

It's been two years since we've had McDonald's and today we were reminded why. I'm honestly impressed by how much worse they are. No napkins, no salt on fries, mayo squeezing from chicken sandwiches but barely ketchup on cheese burgers, one bun was rock hard, all wrappers were coated in grease.. all patty sizes have been reduced and it was like $8 more than a couple years a go. I honestly do not understand how anyone can consume this garbage and pay out the nose for it. Literally, will never be an option ever again.

Got there at 10am this morning and didn't leave till 1045am. Waiting in the drive threw line the whole time. Not only was my order not right. Stuff that was supposed to be on there was missing. And when I was ready to pay I told them everything that was supposed to be on there. Thought the problem was fixed.... get to the second window get my food handed to me and got told to move up to spot number 1 because my coffee wasn't done... ok not a big deal.... well I sit there and wait ANOTHER 20 MINS for my coffee.. mind you I'm watching ppl behind me leaving with the same kind of coffee I ordered.... I guess from now on I will be going some where els because this isn't the first time they have messed up my order..... maybe if they weren't to busy talking and goofing off things would go better.... I had enough. Definitely not going here anymore.

This store has went so far downhill in the last couple years. It's a regular occurrence to get undercooked quarterpounders, cold overly salted fries and room temp iced tea cause they can't be bothered to put ice in the cup (usually has 3-4 in of hesdspace). Don't get me started on orders they make for doordash. Always inedible and missing items. To top it off the bulk of their employees are fairly rude ie don't speak at all, grumble if you ask for ketchup, argue with you etc. I've lodged numerous complaints that seem to fall on def ears and I know several others who have as well. They simply don't care. Well after today they simply won't get anymore of my money

I'm a dasher with Doordash, and the last time I was here I delivered food correctly yet faced a contract violation from this merchant with Doordash due to circumstances revolving around Summer Camp, internet reception volume on the towers and the order coming in late when the staff present wasn't even local McDonald's staff.
