Dunkin'

Went there today for ice cream for the kids and coffees for us parents. When we walked in I have to admit I was a little worried about the service we would receive when the store was so busy. There was a small line but that quickly moved and we were helped by a young lady with short hair. She also scooped the ice cream (wearing gloves!)for my 5 kids and she so patient and nice while doing it. I really appreciated that. Our coffees were great and the different sugars were well-stocked plus plenty of napkins in the dining area. We had a great visit. Thank you!

Terrible customer service. I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through and no one took my order. So I proceeded to the window and told the lady that no one took my order-she told me that they didn't hear me. I drive a big truck. So she told me I would have to drive around and wait in line again to get my coffee. I chose to take my business elsewhere. Starbucks has great service and coffee and if I'm going to pay $5 a cup I won't have to wait in line again because dunkin failed to take my order.

Went 3 times in one week and one day only had select donuts and then the other day had no donuts muffins or any baked goods! Tried ordering their omelet bites on a few different occasions and they never have them either. Their hash browns tasted like dirty oil and were mushy. Their hot chocolate was watery and their tea and coffee was so hot it scalded my lips. Will not be returning.
