Ordered through the app went in and waited 45 minutes just for someone to ask me if I'd been waited on. I ordered you the app I said . The lady then looked at everyone and said when y'all order through the app you need to check it in when you walk through the door. She said again louder you need to check it in when you walk through the door. Well I told the kid when I walked in I had a mobile order and he said okay ask me my name but the order was I told him and I still got blamed for not getting my food ordered. Thought I was just stopping by to eat didn't know I was applying for a job. So be ready to do the job of a Taco Bell employee if you decide to order here. You better anyway because if you don't you're definitely not going to. And if you wait more than 45 minutes for your food here let me remind you.. (according to the manager on duty) IT'S YOUR FAULT. Rich in a way she was right. It was my fault for even ordering from there. Will make sure to miss it next time

Very slow service. During a rush there were only 3 people on shift. 30 mins. Easy wait time for our order. We even ordered online to save the wait. No such luck. Other then the lack of employees it was good. The one girl finally looked at us and said what was the name on yours? I'll still go because it's the only one around here lol.

Pros: The food has been good every time Didn’t take too long Clean inside Cons: Women’s toilet door lock does not work and hasn’t been working for over a week Always out of something - this time it was napkins, large cups and black beans (which I wasn’t told until after placing my order) Last time they were out of large cups and hot sauce Staff makes you use the kiosk - fine for us but I saw an elderly person leave because of this and the fact they won’t take cash Disappointing for those with accessibility and disability challenges

This place sucks! I love taco bell and this one is the absolute worse i have ever been to. They got everything wrong, they barely had anyone working, they kicked me out of the lobby saying that it was supposed to be locked and i wasn’t supposed to be in there. They are nice people but they obviously don’t need to be working when they cannot do their job correctly.
