North China Restaurant

I was not so mad that i was given a container of bean sprouts and vegetables when we asked for chow mein noodles as the fact that the woman there had a rude attitude and said that chow mein is not a type of noodle. I feel SO ripped off that i will never return to a chinese restaurant with chow mein as #33 on their menu yet "does not know" that chow mein is literally a chinese stir fry noodle. This is a bad joke.

I will never go back here. I’ve been going here for years and always never mind waiting to long wait times because the food is always good. I ordered from here tonight, and when I got home I opened my bag excited to eat. Come to find out that my meal was not stapled shut and was so full of sauce it spilled all over the bag and on top of my boyfriends meal. I love not even 10 mins away from the restaurant. I call to let them know what happend and immediately she says there is nothing I can do, “to be carful.” I had said I was there not even 10 mins ago and I was not driving reckless I had my children in the car. I would like for them remake me my meal. She argued with me stating she couldn’t and there was nothing she can do. It’s unfortunate that would blame the customer for their mistake. And argue with me. Well you lost a consistent customer and you lack real customer service.

Under new management and our visit was terrible. Our soup came out at room temp as well as the tea. Our lunch came out within minutes. Just in time to have them heat my soup. The lunch was lukewarm as well. All the food on my plate tasted the same. There was very little of anything in the egg roll. Jen and Tommy, please come back. 😫

Online menu on their website is dated 2019. Ordered over the phone $40, actual was over $55!!! Illegal practice?!?! Hadn't been in several years. Soggy & mushy like older food with little to no flavor. What I used to order has changed greatly with a bland flavor. Peapods were limp, thin & soft. I wouldn't recommend.
