We stopped when out, because we were very hungry. I am typically not a huge fan. Of this place. However, it was clean, had no line, and polite staff. The #16 meal was perfect for me! Spicy chicken sandwich, double cheese burger, fries and a drink, for (I believe) $6.99. I was really happy with it!

Their customer service usually sucks, but their food isn't bad. They do take a long time to serve your order sometimes. Other times, they are really fast. I have yet to receive aessed up order.

Barely 2 stars....i had not been to a Carls Jr in years, saw a commercial & was hungry for a juicy burger. I was so dissapointed, the Famous Star w./cheese was dry, fries were cold , the choc shake was the only thing that was tasty....& the price...$12.99! Will not stop there again.

I ordered a number two wrapped in lettuce no mayonnaise and no tomato and no salt on my fries my burger was wrapped in mayonnaise literally my fries were raw... There was no rude word exchanged I don't know why they would do this you know what I know why I don't know why people have to be so hateful it's ridiculous.
