Teenage girls made my smoothie wrong. I called for a refund as I left town after picking it up. They said the manager wasn’t there but they’d “take my number” and I should call back after they spoke to her. I did and after ignoring 10 of my phone calls they decided to tell me they were the manager and that I had to call corporate, and wouldn’t give me anyone else to contact. Glad they had their fun while they made me sick from drinking something I’m allergic to.

I love jamba n be there alot but this one time they really tried to play me n gave me a red gummi whn I asked for 2 white i can taste n tell the difference its watever tho ima just go to my usual jamba shop

Not crowded during school hours to get a quick drink, love to come around every now and then to get a delicious smoothie

Awesome workers fast friendly and courteous. Highly recommend. The only downfall is parking. Other then that go check it out....

Meh. It is a corporate juice bar. Mango juice taste like there is corn syrup in it. Green tea smoothie is my favorite but I prefer to stay away from corporate restaurants and juice bars.

I mean it's a jamba juice, so it's pretty okay... but the people who work here are always AWESOME!! They are super friendly.

The best service I have ever had.I think the person that made my smoothie is named Alexis.She made me a great smoothie.Wonderful service and product.I will go out of my way to come back the next time I am in the Chico area.
