This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is superb. I had to go to other Starbucks due to a recent remodeling. I almost left because the other local Starbucks could not match the level and sophistication of this one. Kudos to management and staff there. Give them a well deserved rai
Renovated recently, bigger and better reserve. The new lighting is amazing. Just love the place more than any other starbucks in Chicago.

Cashier greeted me as I walked in and was very nice to ask if I'd like whip cream with my hot chocolate. Definitely! When my order came up the Barrista handed me the drink with her fingers on the opening of the lid. I cleaned the lid with my wipes. It might be a good idea if the barristas wore glove
