Walked in to order 1coffee and 1 latte. I received the coffee right away, then they started filling breakfast orders, people either came in to order & wait or pick them up. After standing there the whole time, I caught someone's attention and asked where's the latte? That person had to double check
Got there at 2:51 and the doors were locked. The employee signaled they were closed and turned away. Wanted to buy an ice cream cake for my kids bday. Rarr.
Gave me mint mocha iced coffee instead of regular mocha iced coffee...disgusting
It's Dunkin Donuts-What's not to like. Breakfast is great and donuts is always fresh!

They try... but they have some difficulty keeping up with the morning crowd.
Service was ok. The ladies that got my coffee and donuts were nice. The person making the hot food was so slow, I had to leave my hot food because she took too long. Had to get to work. There was only one in store hot order in front of me.
