The food is decent and so is the environment, but every time I ask for jelly when I check out they stare at me like I asked for my food for free!! Service is a 10! The location is neat and tidy. The food is always delicious and fresh. I got the Amalfi sandwich, and being a non-vegetarian it was a delicious sandwich with complex flavors and textures. I also love their pizza's.
The food is great but the customer service experience has been undelightful the last two times I’ve visited. The guy the serves the food by the pizza is very rude. I like Sopraffina as much as they like the letter "f" Really tasty food - good salads and flatbread pizzas, big sandwiches, and yummy tea. Prices can get a bit high for what it is, but nothing beyond typical loop lunch expense. Despite long lines, they move really quickly and have never messed up

Great fresh food options for a reasonable price. My favorites are the Samantha Salad and the side combos. They also serve fresh coffee and have dessert options.
