Today, the family went here for breakfast. The breakfast buddies w/sausage were piping hot and the taste, delicious. The lady of the house had here breakfast sandwich on toast and that was pretty darn good too. We shared the waffles with syrup and an order of hash rounds which were also hot and delicious. We enjpy their breakfast menu in being that its different from the other fast food restaurants. Today, all was perfect.

I give the White Castle located at 5940 N Ridge Ave, Chicago, IL 60660 FIVE STARS. Was my first time visiting a White Castle and it definitely won't be my last. It's not a Whataburger. it's not an in and out, but it is White Castle. A great menu and a cool, chill staff. 5️⃣ 🌟's Those slider cheeseburgers. THEY'RE SO LITTLE!! One is not enough.

The double cheeseburgers where cold and real dark around the edges of the meat from setting to long... the onions rings where very hard with a steal flavor...I was very dissatisfied.. and I spent almost $10.00 that's a lot of money to be disappointed will not be going back no time soon.,

I thought the food was hot and fresh. The gentleman at the drive up was polite until I asked again for the sweeteners and creams I didn't receive initially. So he handed a ton of sugar and sweetner in my hand I didn't need. I just felt the change of attitude. But other than that it could've been a better 1st experience.

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat. Not much going on here yet the place is really dirty. You can tell they rarely sweep & mop if ever. There were tables where customers were long gone that nobody bothered to come out and clean the entire time I was there. Food is decent though, everything came out hot & fresh. Well everything was decent except for the crab cakes which were terrible, but I don't expect real crab cakes from White Castle. The shrimp nibblers were pretty good as well.
What can I say? It's White Castle, cheap food that'll take care of your hunger. This place does need to be cleaned really bad though since I can't even believe they'd pass an health inspection.

The food is good but be serious I hamburger the size of a biscuit doesn't thrill me when it cost as much as a regular burger. You can't feed two or three people without spending some serious money I'm not impressed.

It was decent. Not my favorite spot but the server was dope and the food was hot. What more could I ask?

Customer service was good and they were very friendly and took my order the problem happened at the pick up window. Ok I had 2 different orders only received 1 they seemed very confused had to repeat my order back to them ended up waiting at least 15mins longer until they sort the order out. They definitely apologized about the inconvenience. Other than that the customer service was on point.
