This place has not disappoint! Been coming here for years and this is way past due.The vegetables platter is on point, perfect balance of spices. There are only few choices of Ethiopian plates as this place is more fusion.I also liked the cheese platter.I normally go on weekdays, and parking was not bad at all.Loved the live band jazz!

Amazing Ethiopian authentic food. It was awesome using our hands to feed yourself. What an experience. Healthy vegetarian menus and good quality meat is also something to choose from.

The best Ethiopian restaurant in Chicago. Went there with friends, ate Kitfo & Tibs wot, it’s original Ethiopian food taste and you can’t beat that. The injera is also amazing and the staff was very respectful. I’ll definitely go there again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to try Ethiopian food 🥘

I used this place to cater food for a yacht party. All I can say is....phenomenal 🤤. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the veggie combo for 15 and sambusas. Most of my party was vegan/vegetarian so this was a great option that provided much variety. Unfortunately, we ate the food so fast I didn’t have a chance to take a picture to post 😬. You won’t go wrong with this place!!

This place has delicious, authentic Ethiopian food. It's good for sharing with a group, not so much eating by yourself. It's pretty empty since it's competing with nearby Ethiopian restaurants, which makes the atmosphere a little awkward, but not bad. Service is decent.

A gem. Wonderful food at very reasonable price served by amazing staff (esp. Mercy)! The lamb was juicy and sumptuous and the vegetarian option preserved the texture while enhancing the food's original flavor. You definitely should try the coffee and the special honey wine. The decoration was simple but storied: ask your staff and they would share! So glad my European friends enjoyed their first Ethiopian culinary experience here.
