Drum & Monkey - Chicago - Photo album

Decent bar & food menu options to choose from, with screens throughout to watch games on.
I was here with my best friend during New Years Eve and New Years day. I had a fantastic time, service was great, food was good, I love the atmosphere. Hailey who was our bar- tender and waiter was awesome and she a sweet personality. We were there for at 4 hours at the most, but it was still an awe
Fun place to drink an d come with friends. They have shuffleboard in the back. The bar food is ok and the selection of beers is good. We’ve been coming here for years during and after college. That’s the kind of crowd it has. Lots of locals, residents and students. A good neighborhood staple.
What can I say about this place, it is a local bar, the drinks are extremely cheap and the staff friendly. While it can get a large amount of college graduate students and some locals, it doesn't necessarily get too busy and is a good spot to catch the game. They also have a kitchen which makes damn
Good food... sliders and fish and chips. Nice Irish elements in the decor. A tad understaffed on a weeknight so service wasn't as quick as usual.. but the fresh hot churros we had for dessert were good enough to overlook that.
This was my go to bar back in college (circa 2008-10l. I'm glad to say it's still as good as ever. (I was sad to see the that the shuffleboard is gone, tho). Terrific neighborhood bar with all the basic nwcessities. Great neighborhood. Excellent beer selection. Friendly owner and staff. No frills. J
I frequent this place very often. The staff is awesome! Marino is a great bartender, and I just recently went in and was helped by Morgan and she was also great! The music selection is good (matches my own preferences).
The bartender was super nice, his drinks were very bad though, I asked for a tequila sour and it was extremely sweet for a sour drink. I think he put margarita mix in to make the drink sour but it was just like sugar. But I do think he was just starting because later on I saw someone maybe teaching
