"If I could give 0 stars, I would." I don't even know what else to say. Horrible customer service, no regular size spoons, wanted a banana split and they said, "we can't do that" but there were bananas for individual purchase. A person in front of me wanted a glazed donut, and they didn't have any.

Went there at 10pm. Waited in a short line before the shift changes and the new guy who took over said he wasn’t scooping ice cream because he didn’t want to. Waste of my time and Dunkin’s money paying him.
Baskin-Robbins is getting ridiculous, I've been to a few different stores, each time no chocolate icecream, like how ridiculous, and no signs letting you know, also didn't have mint chocolate chip. Not a fan of this joint.

Very nice, clean,covid compliant, friendly staff. First time ever using a kiosk in a Dunkin. Worked with no hiccups. Great place to get your coffee and doughnuts for your morning start downtown Chicago.
