The young people who work at this place work extremely hard. The day I came in, it was so busy that they almost gave me the wrong order. i get this chipotle literally all of the time sometimes multiple times a week. it pretty much always hits, there’s some off days but even then it’s still good. however today (5/26/22), was genuinely the best chipotle i’ve ever had. whatever they did today needs to be done all the time lol

I accidentally put the incorrect address for a pick up order and the chipotle team at west diversey was so helpful and supportive. UPDATE: I think we are now running at 18 of the last 22 orders incorrect. I've involved customer service, the regional manager and the CEO. Either they're not able to, or don't care to fix it. Sadly our kids love Chipotle so we'll keep own ordering and just order more and expect less. Sad times. No
