Ok I'm been going to this McDonald's for 14 years , it was good , now is slow dirty and the employees don't speak English, the manager she is useless, I'm been noticing when I buy the large fries they give u the same amount as the medium fries, in other McDonald's i ask them to fill it up and there's no problem, today I ask the cashier and with broken English she said no , no , you shake so no , and ignore me after, i turn to the "manager" and she stars arguing with me that I shake the fries and until I said yes because you are supposed to shake and put more u r giving me same amount of the regular size. She took my fries trowe them where all the new batch is and did the same thing, I just took them , I didn't wanted to keep arguing.

They had a 2 for $4 special and looking at the size of my purchase, it should never cost more than that. Guess I'll be going back to buying my own ingredients and making it myself. At least I know I won't have sit in a cool environment with warm food.

Staff there are the best. They're open till 7 during the weekend. Great knowing that everywhere else in the Illinois center is close.

Eating at McDonald's restaurant have good days and bad days. one complaint, McDonald need to redesign their apple pies because, sometimes they be dry and they have no sauce little apple inside them. I always enjoy my day at McDonald's, and I believe it's a great place to eat. I thank them for their service all time.

Service was quick but we were here on Black Friday when all the buildings were closed. Nuggets and fries were very fresh. The seating is limited and most the tables were dirty.

My family’s experience at this location was beyond terrible. The first time we came for breakfast, they messed up our orders entirely: no hash browns for our meals, cold coffee despite ordering them hot, all while giving us the wrong sandwiches. We politely confronted the employees at the front counter about this and they responded with an inappropriately bad attitude and yelled at us, as if this were our doing. Eventually, they apologized, signed our receipt, and promised us a free meal the next time we returned, but unfortunately that wasn’t the end of it all. When we returned again for breakfast 2 days later and we showed them our receipt promising a free meal, they yelled at us once again and were enraged by the fact that we had the audacity to return. I’ll never be able to comprehend how employees can treat their customers with such contempt, especially after we approached them civilly. My family and I don’t see ourselves returning to this location any time soon. It was an overall hellish experience and I would rate them 0 starts if I could. We advise you to go elsewhere if this is where you plan to dine, because you will not get the respect you deserve from the employees of this establishment.
