I had higher hopes for this restaurant, food and experience was just ok. Food sizes were very small and it didn’t taste that great. The buns I got weren’t that hot. I also ordered a combo and got charged for the items individually. I wouldn’t recommend.

A lot of hype with the self ordering on iPads and automated pick up in the video cubes. The food is mediocre at best. Everything is packed for take out but I stayed and had mine there in the dozen or so seats on site. The Dumpling noodle soup was lukewarm and bland. The noodles were tasteless.

This was a very unique and interesting way of ordering and receiving food. It was my first time, but the hostess was very kind and helpful. Best fast food restaurant but eat the dumplings and potstickers when hot. I don’t recommend dumplings for take outs. The spicy peanut sauce noodles had great flavor but I wish it was hot .

This place was so cute and awesome! You get to place your order on a kiosk, once it’s ready it will let you know which cube your food will be in. Definitely a fun experience. The staff were also very friendly, gave us a few tips on where we should go during our visit.

It's an interesting concept to ordering and receiving food -- must visit to experience. The food is quite good. I tried the chicken and pork bao, which was decent. The terriyaki chicken bowl was also good. Food is prepared for take out, as there as not many chairs.

The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Love baos, and love wao bao. This one had a really wonderful concept of serving the order. It was like collecting a delivery from the Amazon pick up store! Service was very fast. In all a good experience
