Absolutely fantastic location, right on the water's edge of Chicago River looking across to the River walk. Went for an early dinner on our last day in Chicago and had reserved a table the night before on the balcony. Although they charge $11 for the table which doesn't come off the bill, it was worth it. The pizza was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. Service was standard and on power with what you would expect. Would recommend
The location cannot be beat — it costs $10 extra to sit near the water though (well worth it). Surprisingly the ambiance and decoration was even nicer than RPM Seafood right upstairs.
The food was pretty good and vegetarian friendly — we had the mushroom truffle pizza which I liked. Overall I’d recommend for a non offensive Italian dinner if you want a great ambiance.
Delightful, vegetarian friendly menu with gorgeous riverwalk views. A bit loud and boisterous on Friday for date night, but an all around cozy atmosphere. Great service! Highly recommend one of the black truffle menu items 😋
Tartare and fries were good appetizers. The pizza is good wood fire style, nothing to rave about. The cocktails and appetizers were the highlight of the meal for me. The server was very friendly. There are a ton of employees there, all over. The location on the river is great. The enclosed outside area is warm for winter.
Took my significant other here on Sunday the 13th to celebrate an early Valentines day and it was delicious. To start off, the Truffle fondue was so flavorful. The pasta with vodka sauce was so creamy and smooth, especially with the burrata and the basil made it light and tasty. The Fresca pizza was amazing. It was light and refreshing and the crust was crispy to my liking. The entire meal was amazing. To top it all off, the view was gorgeous! I highly recommend this place. It was a night to remember.
Great service and food. We tried a few different pizzas, pasta, and some appetizers. All very good! We were there as they closed and they didn’t rush us. Great experience!
Romantic and classy restaurant. The service is great, the staff is friendly and nice. The food is served real quick and in terms of quality and taste, I was really satisfied.
If you are looking for a romantic and elegant restaurant, this is the place. It has a great view, nice interiors and relaxing enviroment. It can get a little packed, though. But doesn't affect its "aesthetic" style.
Defenitely coming back.
