I don't complain often but that is 2 mess ups in the past week. Last week there was no avocado on my turkey avocado. today I got chili instead of broccoli cheddar soup with extra cheddar I paid for. Good food, the prices are just ridiculous though. 10 dollar sandwiches and bottle drink prices being through roof. But nice filling sandwiches and clean environment help me overlook said prices.

Ordered two salads both came with rotten avocado . The Chicken uptown salad pictured had no chicken and I requested/paid extra to add bacon and no bacon either . Do not recommend going to this location. Oak lawn might be better . 🤪 Not going here no more

Quick service. I usually come in later. Very friendly and helpful people. Clean seating area. I had an issue with the potbelly app recently, they helped find a solution and i left out a happy costumer.

Fast staff. Sandwiches were made exactly as ordered. My coffee shake was amazing as well! We always get Big Wrecks on multigrain bread.. yummy yummy yummy!!!!!!

Really good subs , clean friendly atmosphere. Everything around it seems closed down. 1000x's better than subway. The avocado BLT is awesome!!!
