I ordered Broccoli and Cheddar soup, with a veggies on flat bread. Will never eat at any of these locations again.

What can I say, its a Subway except its downtown so its small and cramped. Food was fresh and tasted great. Employees were friendly and got the job done. Prices were pretty steep due to it being downtown too.

Good enough. If you've been to a subways it's the same as any other subway. Foods good enough, especially if you just want to fill up and don't care too much about the quality.
Every single sandwich I've ordered from this place looked like it's been abused or stepped on. Also, staff can be a bit gruff sometimes. Still tastes okay, as it is a subway, but you could do better at the other subway two blocks *south on state street.

Hats off to CTA employees, especially at the Randolph & Wabash station. We wandered in looking like lost tourists, and the station agent came out from the booth to help us select the right ticket for us and where we wanted to go. Trains and stations were clean, and staff and passengers were friendly
