Lovely Thai restaurant in West Loop! The food was fresh and the portion sizes were generous. I appreciate that the Thai entrees included rice unlike other restaurants I’ve been to lately. Service was great and we were seated quickly on a Saturday. The menu includes both sushi and Thai dishes.
Talay is a rock solid place to enjoy fresh, clean Thai food and sushi. I ordered the veggie pot stickers (9 rating) along with the spicy tuna and avacodo roll, maguro nigiri, salmon nigiri and yellowtail tuna nigiri. The prices where a little high but when they come out I could see why. Very healthy
This was the first time my husband and I went. The staff was super friendly as soon as we walked in. We are not huge sushi people but we decided to try the king kong roll. It was amazing especially if you like the crunch from tempera. We will get that again for sure. The Midori sour was excellent. T
Great, cozy atmosphere. Service was wonderful and attentive. Wasn't really busy for a Monday night, but there were lots of to go orders. The veggies in my Panang curry were fresh and flavorful, rice was cooked perfectly. Serving size was very generous. Very pleased overall with the experience.

Ordered the Seafood Curry. The red spicy curry was delicious! Full of flavor and just the right amount of kick. Servers were accommodating. I would definitely visit again.
