Probably the best sushi I've ever had. The flavors are rich, beautiful, and complex. Not your run-of-the-mill sushi assembly line. Each roll is expertly crafted and well planned. The main dishes are excellent as well. I very highly recommend Earth's Kitchen!
Great daily lunch specials, on weekends too! Friendly service, great sushi, and I love the ahi poke. BYOB also, and 10% discount if you pay with cash.

It is Japanese fusion. I had curried veggies and it was pretty good. They give a 10% discount for cash. That makes it more affordable compared to the area that it is in. The service is good and the place is very clean. I will try some of the fish dishes next.
