Naniwa - Chicago - Photo album

Great, very clean and down to earth Sushi bar with a small selection of hot dishes. Quality of the fish beats the more expensive places nearby and the staff is super attentive and friendly without being too pushy. Hot dishes are good, but not excellent. Very fair prices for river north.
There were more staff than customers, but it only meant service was exceptional. They kept an eye on when we needed refills and gave us heated towels to wipe our hands when we sat down. Service was pretty good! Their food was also pretty fresh and really delicious. The quality was great! Definitely
Solid sushi restaurant in River north for a reasonable price. Naniwa has a really nice outdoor seating area, which is really nice to eat when the weather is nice in Chicago. It has a strong selection of rolls, sushi, and hot plates.
Not the best sushi in the city but is consistenty good, reasonably priced and conveniently located. Delivery also arrives quickly. BYOB option is nice for a night out.
One of he oldest and most traditional sushi places in the neighborhood. Consistent and high quality, good sake selection and large delivery area.
Solid sushi for Chicago. Certainly not the best I've ever had, but good for a casual dinner. The extra white tuna was excellent.
Great service and the sushi is great! Extremely fresh fish and vegetables. The seaweed salad is awesome.
Very traditional sushi restaurant, excellent service! Nice Japanese chefs.
always very reliably fresh sushi, outdoor seating, and excellent, friendly service
Solid sushi and a few unique rolls as well. No pretentiousness or extra frills.
