Joe's Pizza

My boyfriend and I love coming to Joe’s. It’s in our neighborhood and the perfect place for some delicious food. The service is always great and they are very welcoming. They have a variety of options and can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I would recommend the following: sausage and peppers appetizer, pasta fagioli soup, ravioli and gnocchi vodka, and their thin pizza! They also pour a strong old fashioned and a delicious espresso martini. And make sure to save room for their tiramisu!

This is the real deal. I’m picky about Italian food and Joe’s did not disappoint. Authentic Italiam cuisine and absolutely delicious pizza. We had 4 different kinds of pizza and they were all excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and beautiful and they have great service. The wine and cocktail list were fantastic. We will definitely be back!

Service was not good. From the time we walked in on a Sunday night, we were greeted by the gum chewing manager with a "Two?" The waitress was friendly and smiled however I belive they were understaffed because she was not there to do follow ups on our order that was taken by the manager . In fact she asked us for our order several minutes after it was taken. She did take our initial drink order however the drink was not made correctly. When I told the manager that it was not made correctly (as verified by my date ) he proceeded to tell me the ingredients. I've have drank and prepared behind several Negrois. I know how they're made. (Too much sweet vermouth) Our appetizer ( Grilled seafood)was delicious. could have been hotter but we were still eating it when our pizza came. I noticed that the table next to us had the same happen to them. They did serve the other table a ceaser salad with the dressing on the side in a 2oz plastic side cup. I hope thats not the norm. The tiramisu was very good. Realy no problem with the food it was all good . The service was not. They were also slow in cleaning tables and floors after guest left especially a big table in the middle of the dinning room. I have order delivery several times with no problems so when i ate there for the first time i expected better service.

We came here after going to the Ringling Brother's show at the All State arena. I picked it based off of previous reviews and the extensive menu and I have to agree they were all correct. Great family atmosphere, great owners (Vicky was amazing and came over and chatted with the whole family and was so gracious about our very active kids) and great food. The portions are HUGE and tasty can't wait to come back again with the family for another amazing meal!

Really cute space. TVs for watching the game. Little party room in the back. Lots of windows for natural lighting. Outdoor patio section in the warmer months. Pizza was solid! My 16 yo son really loved the cheese sticks! My husband went back the next day for more bruschetta! The service was friendly.

My family has lived a block from Joe's (old/new) for over 35 years and used to order their pizza every week (sometimes multiple times)! Can't say enough about the new digs on Higgin's. Keep up the GREAT work! LOVE the ZA, but now that we've actually sat down a few times and had some wonderful food, looks like I'll be making the walk around the corner more often.
