Citygrounds Coffee Bar - Chicago - Photo album

Wonderful cafe next to Oz park. Full espresso menu to choose from with downstairs and upstairs community rooms to work or just sit and sip. There is a front patio for relaxing coffee on a sunny day as well.
Nice chilled vibe and by far my favorite coffee joint in Chicago.
Quite possibly the perfect coffee shop in Chicago. Whether you're looking to chat with friends on a Saturday morning, get some work done during the week, or are just in the area looking for a proper cup of coffee - CityGrounds should be your move. Boasting a quaint cobblestone patio in the front a
Love CityGrounds. They have everything I'm looking for in a coffee shop; good coffee, friendly baristas, and a lovely space. I'd like a better pastry selection, but you can't complain about what's here. I wish their hours were later, but I don't think most people want coffee as late as I do.
I have explored many of the best coffee shops in Chicago, and this is definitely one of my favorites.
Quiet space with good music and a great area upstairs for coworking which is rarely crowded. Good coffee prepared well (Gaslight beans, I think). Check out their pies, too (not sure where they get them, but they are yummy).
CityGrounds is a pleasant local coffee shop, serene enough to favor a cordial conversation or productive study session. With an unembellished menu, CityGrounds excels at what they do sell from their limited selection of drinks. Providing indoor, outdoor, and upstairs seating, this coffee bar ensures
Coffee is good, but their winter hours are very strange.
Service was great and I really liked the coffee they had today. The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is good. Unfortunately their seating isn't very comfortable. But I would go back for their coffee and avacado toast.
Nice latte and great location, just a bit pricey
Great little neighborhood cafe with a great patio in the front on a quiet street. The coffee is good and the surroundings feel almost European. Will definitely return when I'm back in the area!
Great neighborhood spot for coffee and quiet, productive time. Don't miss the upstairs room: it's perfect for studying or coding (or, in my case, doing academic research). Good wifi.
