Great place! Thier sandwiches are superb. The pretzel roll is fantastic and the truffle goat cheese is amazing! So glad I headed this way instead of going with a more familiar chain!

High quality ingredients across the board that result in exceptional meals. It's casual, relatively quick and better than just about any other lunch option out there if you prioritize food quality. There soups and salads are as good if not better than the sandwiches. Definitely an old world European vibe with the flavor profile but that's ok with me. The Alpine Winter soup is exceptional. Sergio's Special is a sweet & spicy favorite.

Favorite lunch place! I think the sandwiches are more than fairly priced for the quality and that they have perfect portions. I believe most sandwich prices fall somewhere between $8-10 and come with either almonds or chips. Comparing this to somewhere like Jimmy Johns, Hannah's actually becomes the more affordable option because you don't have to pay extra for items like cheese and avocado. Hannah's also uses vastly superior ingredients compared to other sandwich shops. Their meats and cheeses are fresh and always remind me of what you would find on a charcuterie board at a fancy restaurant and the vegetables and spreads are unique and well paired. Truly cannot say enough great things about this place and the care they have put into creating thoughtful and unique lunch options. Bonus- the chocolate options are each locations are insane! They have chocolate from around the world that I often buy to create an "around the world in chocolate" gift box for friends...and occasionally myself.

Tried this place a few times and have enjoyed their different sandwiches every time. I think the pretzel bread makes this sandwich different from your every day sandwiches which is a good thing bc they are a little on the pricey side. A full sandwich can set you back about $9.00 and then you have to factor in Chicago high taxes, but this is one of those trendy places that hurts the pocket but makes you feel good eating there because the ingredients are "organic" and really tasty. The sandwich is the perfect size, not overly big so you don't feel like you need a nap right after.

A deli sandwich of the perfect size, with a huge punch of flavor and nestled between the softest pretzel roll I've ever had. I ordered a Turkey and Wisconsin Cheddar sandwich (that also featured slices of apple) while the boyfriend had Thanksgiving in July. Both of us were happy with our meals but didn't think it was worth the 30-minute-lunch-rush wait. Try to hit this spot either before or after the lunch rush!

Quality deli meat... fresh cut in front of you... love the almonds but skip the chips. Wish they had better salad options. I can't eat deli meat anywhere now since they have raised the quality bar. Love they have umbrellas you can use and return If it starts raining when you are there.

This is my favorite place for breakfast ( the works is the best) outstanding quality of the food, the coffee is way better than starbucks. Love the music they play (I had shazamed many songs) and the staff is great. Ice cold coffee is a must same as chocolates.

Hands down my favorite sandwich chain in Chicago. Yes the sammies are pricey but where else can you find sandwiches made with prosciutto, mango chutney or manchego cheese? The Thanksgiving 360 and Sergio's Favorite are my top picks but you can't go wrong with any of the unique combinations.

The sandwiches here are good, albeit a little smaller than the average sandwich. They're also rather pricey, but that's balanced by the quality of the ingredients they use. In short, it's good, but not great.

I only get the smoked salmon on a pretzel bun. I love it but its pretty expensive like $6. Its a fairly small sandwich but very good and filling.
