Ok... TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. I took 2 buses since I wanted to eat my pizza IN A RESTAURANT. This one Doesnt even tell you is a pick up only location. IT SUCKS WHEN YOU WANT TO EAT THE PIZZA HOT AND THEY DONT TELL YOU OR EVEN SAY SOMETHING AT MAPS, YEP, A FREAKING TAKE OUT RESTAURANT. They didnt eve
I'll give em a break because of the pandemic stresses; food prep quality a little inconsistent. But this is based on the date of this review. Lou's in general all very good.

I have been ordering from Lou's since he tended bar in the Lincolnwood facility Never have I had a bad experience with their pizzas The LOU is the best` I usually order itt a little crispy but if you find the pizza non sufficient then you got a screw loose
Deep dish was pretty good...much better than their thin and I'm not a deep dish kinda guy.
