Don't think I would have survived college without this establishment. I probably sampled their entire menu. My favourites are 1) chicken salad sandwich, 2) turkey breast sandwich, 3) meatball sandwich, 4) tuna salad sandwich, and 5) mushroom melt. I always went with big and whole grain/multigrain. Yumm!!

Currently on my weight loss journey and I like to come here sometimes after my workout because the food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. Even when it’s busy, which is often because of the amazing food.

I ordered the pastrami sandwich and a drink. The food was good. The two guys were pleasant & professional.but the woman at the cashier was unfriendly and had a "stank" attitude.

I went to this restaurant on 9/1/2022 and my experience was good. I ordered “The Wreck” sandwich on wheat bread with a strawberry milkshake. They had good customer service and were doing their best even when the line got long. The person who checked
me out still made time to answer my questions about the Potbelly app. I was satisfied with everything I got for lunch. Highly recommend downloading the app as well.

Had an amazing lunch outside. I had a salad, shake and half sandwich. It was just as advertised. Nice friendly staff. We were visiting from the UK heard amazing thing and they didn't disappoint.
