Anyone who knows me knows that Yak-Zies is my go to place - for well over 20 years. From opening day to post Wrigley Tour events - Yak-Zies is my Cubs Home Plate. Great pizza; wings and service with cold beer; great drinks and a sublime location - you should miss it. That's why WXRT calls it their base of operations for decades. Great staff, family owned and run - I can't in good faith recommend any place else.

This is the only place I will ever watch a Cubs game again! The staff was beyond awesome! The food was good! I was amazed at the superb service they provided for game 7 of the world series ! I would highly recommend you give this place a try! GO CUBBIES!
The best chicken wings I ever had. Wing sauces are great and I love the atmosphere in there. It’s hard to get in when the cubs are playing, but when you can get in, you’re going to have a good time.
Nothing better. Bartender Bubba the best. He made drinks are full! Best wings in town. That’s saying something.
Yak-Zies in Wrigleyville excels in creating an authentic Chicago sports bar atmosphere that appeals all crowds.
showcasing sports games on multiple TVs and its sports-themed decor truly immerse patrons in the sports
They offer a laid-back dining experience that perfectly complements the casual vibe of the neighborhood. The menu boasts a wide variety of bar classics, including delicious burgers, flavorful chicken wings, and satisfying loaded nachos. The portions are generous, making it a great value for the price.
The staff at Yak-Zies is not only friendly but also attentive, ensuring that every visit is enjoyable. Whether you're dropping by for a quick meal or planning to stay longer, the service consistently meets expectations.
A very lively bar on Clark Street down a hop skip and jump from Wrigley Field. I loved the place as soon as I walked in. There are 47 bars around Wrigley and my goal is to go to all of them. Yak-Zies is a fun place to be. It'll be hard to make all 47 bars when you want to go to one that you enjoy 😉 😪
Great food and drinks, across from Wrigley.
We has tenders, chicken quesadilla and nachos.
Visited here from Minnesota. The vibes and setting were really good and Nick took great care of us on our drinks (s/o to Malort's!) Would definitely recommend anyone come here for starting, during, or ending your night!
OUTSTANDING FOOD!!!! Great atmosphere if you're into sports, and the gentleman tending bar, taking orders, and bringing out the food while the place was packed is an absolute unit! I'd give this place a million stars if I could.
A fun Wrigleyville bat on Clark St about a block north of Wrigley Field. Enjoyed some beer, appetizers & good service there too. The place was packed following the Iowa-
Northwestern football game at Wrigley Field.
Check it out....
I’ve met a bartender that is both a man of honor and a artist like Zach. I’ve had dreams of such an accommodating bartender, but I wrote them off as fever dreams.
To my surprise, my dreams were made reality by Zach. If you want anything but a great time, fantastic drinks, and stories for a lifetime - go somewhere else. But if those pique your interest, this is the place for you.
+100 for Zach
Five stars five stars five stars. This was my fav spot around the stadium. Low key dive with affordable beer and delicious chicken wings. The wings were so good. I always get mine with sauce on the side, but also tried with sauce and both good. Fries were good. Just a good pre or post game spot and will come back next time I’m in Chi town.
