I grew up in Des Plaines and always remember eating their chicken when we had the chance.
I’ll be 52 this week and have been to 28 states and 5 provinces in 3 countries and it’s very hard to say I’ve had better chicken anywhere.

Best chicken anywhere!!! If you are craving chicken you need to have the Chicken Inn! Always perfectly broasted, each time consistently delicious! Love it! Staff is friendly and great. Super efficient service.

Best chicken in the neighborhood! Tastes just like homemade!!! Quick and easy, just a phone call away. Shrimp and fried fish is delicious too. Has been here forever and we just love it!

I have recently visited a city in Michigan which brags about having two restaurants where the chicken dinner is allegedly world-renowned. They are good, but still we come back to Chicken Inn!

Best DAMN CHICKEN!! They are open on Holidays so great place to go when looking for something to do. The SIGN is GREAT as well. I CANT say how great the chicken is. Even day old its amazing.

The chicken is juicy with a great broasted taste for the skin .
The chicken has a lot of meat unlike your fast food chicken locations .
If you want to add spice to the coating just ask when you place your order.
My family and I have been getting food from the Chicken Inn for over 30 years.
You can not go wrong if you are looking for a place for a big part or just a family dinner .

Fried chicken was excellent, very moist chicken breast. Meal came with a breast, wing, roll, coleslaw, and broasted potatoes. All was freshly made and piping hot. Broasted potatoes are kind of like a giant potato wedge, was very good. No sit down area, very small place, window served to go.

Excellent. Everything you'd want in a place like this. Passed it early on the way to some jobs. Saw the old sign, stopped, waited about 45 min till they opened; then I had THE greatest peice of chicken I've had in the last 5-6 years. The sign and the hole in the wall size drew me in, and I knew this place had to be worth the wait. I could just feel it. I travel all around in the city and some of these suburbs with work. Love finding a new great place and this place is already at the top of that list. Perfectly crispy. Perfect color. And possibly the juiciest peice of chicken I've ever had. A peice of chicken is a peice of chicken. But this chicken made me happy. That's it.
