Turtle's Bar & Grill - Chicago - Photo album

My group(all family!), we were from our of town on vacation and happened upon this gem of a bar and grill by asking customer service at Shedd Aquarium! It was maybe 10 mins by car... from the minute you walk in you feel very welcome, Carrie, our server, mentioned she has been there for 14 yrs and i
Good service! Food was "ok"... Kids meal was a hit. Despite the bread being pretty garlicky, it was still still liked,, along with the pasta. My salad looked amazing, but something was really off with the chicken. It was rubbery and had an odd texture. Certainly wasn't a chicken breast where the m
Small but cozy. Had an early morning retirement party. Jenna, our bar keep, was great and bloody Mary's were good.
This place was busy Friday evening, but (what I assumed) the owner managed to get a table set up for my family and I outside. We were served promptly by Shelby, and she was incredibly kind. The food was amazing. This was the first time in a LONG time where everyone ate all of their food before leavi
Just moved to the neighborhood and came here after passing by on a Jog. The owner Tom and server Shelby were amazing. I had the Garlic Parm wings and fries and they were both delicious. The ambiance was great as well, I sat outside and listened to music under a nice umbrella. 12 outta 10 experience.
Unexpectedly some of the best pasta I've ever had. Recommend the vodka sauce spaghetti 🔥🔥🔥 worth going back for!
Great place for drinks awesome atmosphere and amazing bartenders! Check out this place before a Soxs game youll thank me...
Local dive bar worth the stop, especially if looking for a quick bite and some beers before a White Sox game. Really enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls and Garlic Parm Fries.
Grabbed a bite and a brew here b4 before the TB Rays & Sox game. Great place. Rays lost when Sox scored 7 in the bottom of the 9th for a walk off win. Good memory! Loved Turtles!
We were a little frustrated trying to order food but the owner took care of us. Thank you and sorry for being frustrated. Buffalo chicken egg rolls are the bomb!
Food was great. Staff Is also friendly
Amazing food. Good prices for drinks. Great staff. This florida girl really had a great time. Absolutely plan to go back before we head home. I had several drinks, shots, and food. Captain and coke was 5$. Cheapest by far I've found in town.
Amazing local bar with a friendly neighborhood ambience. The place is really cool, good to just spend the evening chilling and having a beer. Better yet, the burgers are heavenly. They are fresh and taste as if they were made at home. On mondays the place used to have offers on burgers. If this stil
I went there for a work lunch with 3 coworkers. It was a very good experience. The woman behind the bar was super cool and provided great service. I asked for her opinion to help me choose amongst some entrees that caught my eye, and she recommended the Sausage and Peppers in white wine plate, wh
This bar is honestly great for any Sox fan- close to the park, great outdoor patio, quick staff and the food is sincerely amazing! I honestly did not expect the delicious quality, as this place gives off just an excellent dive bar vibe, but the bolognese sauce was so good, along with their fries! I
Their outdoor space during the summer and fall is nice. It's right by Armour Square park. Indoor, maybe not the most inclusive place for international crowds - since this is a neighborhood pub, mostly locals. The staff is friendly.
Pre-gamed here for a Sox game. Staff is incredible.
Quaint neighborhood not far from White Sox stadium. The waitresses were nice and attentive as well as the bartender. The owner was there and seemed friendly too, he came over and asked us how the food was! Typical bar food was tasty (try the buffalo egg rolls) w/ a few nice italian dishes on the
