Just Salad

I'm vegetarian, and stop here for lunch when I'm working in our downtown office. You can get in and out quickly, there's an enormous menu with everything being customizable. It's tasty, and healthy. I am partial to the Tokyo super Greens. I have both eaten in and carried out and both work well. I appreciate the environmental nature of the restaurant the utensils and the serving material. It's all compostable or recyclable. At least as far as I can tell. If you have wheels, the doorway might be a little tight, but once you're in the store you shouldn't have issues.

The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean and the service is impeccable at the Just Salad downtown Chicago site on Jackson and Wabash. I especially want to give a shout out to Gladys! She is always friendly and takes pride in her job. Keep up the good work Gladys and all of the staff at Just Salad!

Post-Covid, I work remotely, BUT I still drive down to the Just Salad East Jackson store, as the food is amazing and the staff rock! Theresa and Linda make every visit special. Although I don't pick up my order until 4:30-5 pm, Theresa and Linda are as pleasant as if I was the first customer of the day. Also, I have certain food allergies ,and "T and L" REMEMBER and ACCOMMODATE my situation. These are two employees that the company would do well to retain long-term, as they appear to be management/corporate material. In the interim, a hefty raise/bonus for both these individuals would be well-deserved.

Great place, the people are so welcoming, friendly, and treat customers with quality service. The food is delicious and plus the wait time is all depending on you and how you want to edit your food. The staff consisting of Rosie, Alain, and Gladys are a great team and show their customers nothing short of love and respect. I highly recommend you go and check this place out.

I've just got to say, I met two angels (Gladys and Aileen) who work at this location that deserve to be internationally recognized for their kindness, grace, and just, like, common humanity. They were both very very awesome to me today and it was an A++ experience! If you see this, be gentle with yourselves you two Rockstars and thank you!

Came here for a healthy lunch while visiting Chicago. It was after peak lunch hour during the week, so it wasn't crowded. Walked up to the counter, was immediately greeted, and ordered my Plant Power Salad. Worker was very efficient and had my salad made in less than a minute. It was less than 5 minutes from walking in to sitting down and eating. Greens and other ingredients were very fresh. The chickpeas, edamame, beets, onions, and pumpkin seeds went together very well. The pickled onions made a big difference. I enjoyed the salad, but the wraps and bowls looked very good too. Good place to come for a healthy meal.
