Oh the service is great! The manager immediately greeted us and brought us a high chair and spoke to us when right before we left. I ordered the Sweet Heat Mac and Cheese; it comes with Cole slaw and chicken and I ordered an extra side order of Portuguese rice and pineapple lemonade to drink. Honestly the rice was very bland and the lemonade tasted like water. Everything else was delicious!! Please give this restaurant a try.

This bowl was SO good! I had the PERi Chicken Rainbow Bowl with Mango & Lime for the spice level. The variety of flavors was just 🤤, the chicken was nice and juicy and loved the Portuguese rice. This meal washed down with this Ginger Ale Pomegranate distinctly sweetened with cane sugar. 😋
I will say they have a unique service model I've never experienced. You can order and pay from your phone and enter your table number. So you necessarily have a dedicated server, or at least that's how it was for us. Then if you want condiments, etc it's a "self serve bar."
The decorum was nice and good music too. The only thing I'd say for some who's never had this type of food is it would've been nice to know it's origin and what PERi is?🤷🏾♀️ It's not on the tables, menu or not talked about by the servers how a restaurant got its culinary inspiration. I had to Google it and look through the website to find what it's all about.

So let’s just say when you step inside it’s a cool vibe. I was greeted by the most gentle eyes and smiles one could have. Jessica has a personality one would pay top dollar for. She helped me with my order and gave great suggestions. I watched her as she moved around the place helping us all. I have not had customer service like this in a while. Amazing. Now my food my food my food my food was every bit of what I expected. It was hot and so flavorful. Just what my taste buds needed.

The food was good. It was 8 of us, 5 being children. The sides were really small, so we brought several. It was over $20 dollars per person. The table and bench we sat at wasn't cleaned off. It was sticky, and there were crumbs on the bench that we had to clean off by us. The manager was REALLY nice and corrected our order with no problem and was VERY pleasant!

The food was great, but not the service. We ordered peri peri chicken bowl, spicy chicken caesar wrap, mango gelado, Portuguese egg tart, rose sangria and a fountain drink. They're out of mango gelado so we had to exchange it with brownie, they didn't serve us fries with the wrap and also they forgot to serve us the egg tart.

So it’s 7-31-2023 @ 7:36 pm, I don’t know what the deal is but they just can’t get it right. It has to be the staff, they just don’t care! I guess they think the food is so good that they can treat the customers anyway they want to. I will choke on a chicken bone before I ever go back and give them a penny of my money. I just left them and they are approximately 1.4 miles from my house, please tell me how my food ( Rainbow bowl, French fries for me and mashed potatoes - for my wife) was completely cold after waiting 10 mins to receive it from them? The worst part of this $23.49 fiasco was the sorry amount of food that they gave me, the food didn’t even come up to little line around the bowl, It was like a sampler size, I don’t know if the employees get to take the leftover food home at the end of the night, but they certainly act like it cause they are super stingy. Their answer is always to get in the car and drive all the way back there after settling in and getting ready to eat to bring the food back, ok! So I’m supposed to get back up, pack up the food, drive back, find parking and wait to get my order fixed with no additional compensation for the wasted time or gas, no free drink, no extra scoop of hummus, nothing? It cost me more to return the food than it did when I bought it out right, It’s just down right disrespectful! My money means something to me and I hate wasting it!

I was contacted by the customer service team and they promised that they would read in my order and make things right I spoke with the manager named Judah and he was extremely helpful and engaged in fixing things. He apologized and admitted that they needed to make their service better. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! I hope I get the same service next time I visit. Thanks Judah

I'm writing a review as person that has dined in and ordered out. The food is always so good. Waiters and servers and people taking your order they're so polite helpful and full of positive energy, and they take care of you and give you a smile, make you smile.

First time at Nando's in the U.S. Same great tasting chicken as always. Well-cooked, juicy, perfect spice. Just great. I also really enjoyed the Brussels. The chips/fries were well seasoned and fresh. The restaurant setup is a little disorienting -- too many options for how to order and what to do with your food. Is this a fast food or a full service place? It's unclear and confusing. But the food and service overall is great. Also love the decor.
