This Jewel-Osco closes at 12 midnight and I know I lot of the employees are ready to go home. People were still trying to enter the store a couple of minutes before close. The employees at this Jewel-Osco showed such professionalism and patience when it comes to closing the store for the day.
Had everything I needed; clean, good layout. Used to Publix (hard for any grocery store to live up to Publix), but overall, a decent grocery store, would definitely recommend. Said it was a sixteen minute walk on Google maps... This is not accurate, almost double that from the Congress Plaza Hotel

I love to shop at jewels store, they have different types of items you need, and can choose from. And a nice location.with a lot of free parking.
Stopped in early for a few things for a picnic I was attending. The 22 oz. fruit chunks are 3 for $12. Excellent! Fruit was very fresh and the chips were on sale also. That's all I needed at the time. They also had a cashier waiting, because I don't do self scanning. Very good experience!
Tried their new automated pickup kiosk, but it turned out to be broken and never pinged them store team that we were outside waiting. The store attendant was very apologetic and super friendly, and outside of the technical glitch, our pickup experience was pleasant and efficient.
We picked up some sushi from Jewel Osco and were pretty impressed. They have a wide variety of rolls and it is made fresh daily by a local chef.

This Jewel-Osco is nice. It has plenty of stock and fresh fruits and veggies. Problem is the location it gets crowded quickly.
OMGoodness!!!!! one of the best Jewels in Chicago..my visit on 06/05/20 was Amazing the store was very clean organized ,stocked and very friendly cashiers..Way to go Team and Management this will be my go to neighborhood store when i move next month ❤️😀😍📍👀
This Jewel has many things that you might not find at other Jewel stores. I really like this Jewel it was well stocked when I was there. The aisles are extremely narrow. That's the only thing I don't like, but it's minor. I can adapt. They had security in the parking area.
