We loved it! It is confusing when you come in and order but I was there for the food and can look past that. Not looking for hand n foot service. The staff was friendly and the environment was relaxing with a organic feel, the cost is right on point. Will be back for more!
The chicken is moist and flavorful and the different sauces from mild to hot won't disappoint you either. Sangria is on point. One of my new date night spots
Service was quick as there weren’t many people! Restaurant also has a pretty view of the city which is nice. I got the bowl and all the flavors combined were very delicious!
First visit here, longer than expected wait for our food but it was worth it! Rainbow Bowl with chicken breast and sides of coleslaw and brussel sprouts. Staff was apologetic about wait times, unexpected crowds due to Chicago Half Marathon Expo and Taylor Swift concert weekend.
This spot is always legit & the flavor profile is always delicious. You can never go wrong with any of their meals & the sauces they have; SPECTACULAR.
Their workers are always friendly and super knowledgeable if you have any questions about the menu.

The peri-peri chicken breast hit the spot at medium heat.
Chicken breast pita came filled with juicy pieces of chicken and variety of vegetables.
Chicken breast sandwich was very good. We tried all of the sauces available to spice things up.
Our hosts were super kind and we received a great goody bag during our Yelp experience.
Ordering is very easy, we used the barcode located on the center display. All orders were delivered to our table. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant in the south loop has a large dinning room area. Free parking (with validation) is available in the parking garage below.
I've made such a mistake living in this neighborhood for a year and not coming here. The chicken is great, the sides are really good, and it's one of the few chicken places you will walk into and get greeted at the door. The staff is really nice, the food is fantastic.
I LOVE grilled chicken, especially slathered in one form or another of hot sauce. And, nobody does it better than this Nando's!...
Their sauces are amazing... and pretty consistent for both flavor and heat. There's no bad "side" on this menu. The authentic desserts are a sweet way to finish the meal. The drinks are refreshing. Service is usually quick and friendly.
There's many types of chicken in Chicago. But this Nando's is my weekly go-to!... it's steps from a nice theater. Little park tucked right behind, makes convenient picnic spot. Please, keep this place popping... Thanks! :))
If you’re coming to watch a movie at the theater you’ve gotta stop by here. It’s a little pricy but well worth the cost. Chicken is extremely fresh, juicy and well seasoned. The portion sizes are large and you will leave full. They offer a variety of sauces for you to self serve from and they’re all good. Getting the French fries with perinaise is a must - well worth the extra dollar. The chicken sandwich here is also really good - just don’t expect as much food as the 1/2 chicken. All of the sides are good, try whatever sounds right.
You order your food from your table (so you need a debit/credit card) and they bring the food out. We ordered chicken thighs, 1/2 chicken (with medium sauce), fries (PERI Chips), garlic strips (AMAZING), a brownie (super small and didn't have the best taste) and two fountain drinks. They have the self-seve soda machine for drinks which is nice.
Love Nando’s! Such good chicken, but the store is kind of tucked away, so you need to keep your eyes open to find it!
And they do have some wine and beer!
Amazing food. Wish there was a location in my hometown. I was blown away, really, all of it so delicious, full of flavor.
