Pretty good spot, the different vibes on each floor make it so that there’s something for everyone. Cover was $20, which is a bit steep but also on par for the neighborhood! Staff was super kind and seemed like they were looking out for the safety/well-being of their patrons.

As a local I’m not a fan of Rivernorth bars due to high covers and expensive drinks but Celeste is an exception due to friendly staff, no cover, it has three different floors with three different vibes and a great mixed crowd.
