Love this place. Javier goes out of his way to accommodate us everytime I stop by with my friends. The margaritas are the best I have had in the city. A recent favorite isn't on the menu, but Javier always hooks it up. Celery Margarita. Try it. Service, ambience, food, drinks... all 5 stars. Thanks.

Great little Mexican place with a bit of a twist on traditional favorites. In addition they make the most delicious hand-crafted cocktails. Only recommendation, it's a bit more of a chill place, so wouldn't necessarily go here, if I was in a hurry. Good food and drink takes time.

Service was great. Tacos were amazing. We had the al pastor and one of the shrimp ones. I had the Florinda cocktail - it was good but my sister's marg was better. We got the tuna app which is usually amazing but it seemed fishy and off. We told our waiter this and he immediately apologized, got us a new one, and we weren't charged. I can't expect everything to be perfect and what matters to me is they had great service. It was clean, cute, and I'd def eat here again.

One of the best meals that my husband and I have shared since moving to Chicago! The servers were all very helpful when we were debating on which dishes to order. They have indoor and outdoor seating. A little pricey, but for the experience and delicious, homemade food, you can't beat it!

Exactly what you're looking for! This place is great. The food is unique, authentic, and wonderfully presented, yet very appreciable... And delicious! Fantastic cocktails... Again with unique ingredients. Highly recommended!

If I could give Michelin stars I would give one to this place. Most things are a la carte. You can pick a number of different amazing things from the menu and their drinks are expertly made. I've been here multiple times and have met the owner. He's a wonderful guy who really cares about the place and actually works while he's there! Whatever you order is going to be amazing just go with what sounds good to you. 10/10

Glorious, glorious food. We did a double-date here and enjoyed the tapas-style food. We started off with the three guacamole dish, followed by a bunch of various tacos as well as a potato dish. We finished the meal with a tiramisu which was so good! We'd definitely go back.

We were totally amazed by this place Not only the ambiance is just hip, cozy and beautiful, but the food is really outstanding. This is a latin fusion restaurant that serves locally sourced meats and produce mostly, and the name says it all For example try the bravas appetizer (from Spain), the ceviche was also terrific and so was the raviole (Spain? The pasta reminded so much of 'canelones' ... Italy? Both...?) The tacos are absolutely nothing of what you'd expect from tacos, probably what this place is most known by, and deserves all the fuzz you read in the overwhelming positive reviews. I would say they are a trip to the future! For example try the vegetal tacos with incredible combination of sweet onions, mushrooms. The size is also perfect: 4 tacos not too big so you can eat them all, or just eat 3, take one home, and leave some room for dessert! One last word about food: if you are adventurous, try the 'salsa macha' It's not in the menu, but if you like real spicy food... The dessert are nothing short of the expectations I have created so far. The drink choices are ample and very creative as well For those who don't drink alcohol There are some excellent choices as well, like the Ala Jamaica ($3.50 only) The bartender shakes the cocktails professionally and that is selfevident at the first sip YOU HAVE TO TRY AL PEPINO, OMG!!!!! Service: our waiter was very professional, very attentive without being intrusive and he got us all of our playes quick (this was Wed night though, not very busy). He was very knowledgeable of theenu and actually ordered the bravas and raviole after his recommendation and I loved them Decoration We really loved the place (see my pics) The bathrooms were super clean, the lighting perfect and the music adequate (not loud whoch is great) The only thing I didn't like much were the paintings on the walls, which is a personal choice I would advise the owner to contact local artosts and ise his outstanding restaurant to showcase and support local artists Location: Roscoe and Damen, looks like a hip area although I'm not from this neighborhood Lots of other restaurants bars and businesses here, a very thriving area! Free Parking on street was easy to find Take this review literally. This is a venue not to be missed at the avant-garde of culinary experimentation and fulfillment. 5 stars very well deserved!!!!! BRAVO!!!
