As a pizza lover, I can absolutely say this is a 10/10 pizza - it is just incredible. Everything, the dough and the cheese and the pepperoni, it was amazing. I also had the mozzarella sticks were great! The ranch is just absolutely out of this world, you can see the amount we bought haha! Thank you
Great outdoor seating and service. Drink options were good, the dry cider I had was 10/10 perfect. The quad city style pizza was good, but not to my personal taste. Cheese wasn’t especially flavorful, but the sausage was good. The 12” pie size is good enough for 2, maybe even 2.5 people. Price was f
The elote dip is great, had the Korean and Tikka pizza. Both great, but more than 2 slices and you've kind of had enough. Great selection of beer. Excited to return and try different pies.
They have a pizza called the German 🇩🇪 hands down one of my favorites. Great place and great serive
Great food, service was amazing, but the air either wasn't working or it wasn't cranked up, so it was muggy inside. Other than that, I really enjoy going there. Mozzarella sticks are like bricks, and the pizza is to die for!
My family and I love the food here. We have yet to have something we didn't like and their sweet potato tots are phenomenal with their smoky bbq sauce. If your in the area and hungry, then you need to stop in at Roots for great food, good beer, and quality service.
Service was great, they let me in 15 min early to get out of the cold, our Server Nicole was awesome, food was excellent esp the mozzarella sticks which are the best I and everyone at our table have ever had, and the taco pizza was some of the best we've had in a while. Wonderful service and food! Everything we had was delicious. We got the mozzarella sticks, roots’ Ceasar salad, wings and pizza. Highly recommend everything and will be returning!
Great beer selection and the wings are a must. Staff is always friendly and quick, special thanks to Brendan for checking in and making sure our large party had what we need. Overall a great time. Highly recommend.

My wife and I dined her on a Sunday. Kind of an end of weekend type of casual date night. We rarely go to South Loop because we usually don’t find anything we really enjoy.
Overall we enjoyed ourselves. Service was great! We sat upstairs where the roof opens up and we watched NBA Finals Game. Ambia

Very impressed with the Grilled Calamari and Shrimp Salad, fantastic flavors and enough for 4 people.

Went there for the first time off a suggestion and I'm glad I did. There was a wait for a table so we sat at the bar. I have absolutely NO complaints about Roots! Our server was excellent (I didn't get his name, but he just came back from Europe), the atmosphere and other patrons were nice and frien
The people working here are super nice. Watched a Bears game and celebrated pops for his bday. Experience was definitely 5 stars.
Love the dough here. If I could order just that, I’d give them 5 stars. The curly fries are good too. The kid dough…nice distraction.
Had a good time on my last visit. Friendly staff and good food! Enjoyed the patio and the overall atmosphere. Will for sure be back!
