Visited here as we wanted a quicker, lighter meal than we originally planned. Initially it was hard to know what to do and where to go for what part of the order but guess that's part of the fun! I had the harvest salad which was wonderful and hubby had beef and pepper in a sandwich, I'm told a Chicago tradition. Both were delicious! We then had the turtle frozen custard for desert which was frozen custard, hot fudge sauce, chocolate sauce, pecans and a cherry. Amazing!
Amazing food. We ordered chicken shawarma wrap, salad and fries. Falafel is their best food I suppose, as it was finished. Everything we ordered was amazing too. Ambience is average but the food is definitely worth.
I'm torn too. Food was cheap. Lentil soup was amazing. I've had far better shwarma. The sauce was just weird. I've shwarma all over Israel and this just wasn't right. Service was kind though.
Edited: Everything I’ve had so far in their menu is delicious! Highly recommend the vegetarian specials as they are perfect to share as well as the lamb kebab!

Very much a no-frills type place with really quality food. It’s cash only and clearly a staple in the neighborhood.

Cash only place with really good food. Ordered a lentil soup, and it helped me a lot while I was feeling a little sick. Food was great, and prices were pretty affordable. Gonna go back to try more of the food!
Everything here is halal. People are super friendly. One drawback is that they only accept cash no credit cards. However, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food. I got the spicy lamb wrap, grape leaves and tabouli salad. Everything was very tasty and fresh. I also got their bakhalava but not a fan of it.

I love Taste of Lebanon! Incredible food at great prices. The chicken shawarma is one of the best I have ever had, as was the lentil soup. We have been here many times, and the quality is consistently excellent. The staff is warm and friendly, and there is always a steady crown coming and going. You may need to wait a bit for a table, depending on what time you get there. Small, but extremely clean. I hope to eventually try everything they have, but can't bear to not get my favorites. It's a long drive to come here, but so worth it. Two can stuff themselves with great food for $12 total or less!
Wandered into this gem in search of a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised! The low pricing made me skeptical at first, but my assumptions were shattered once I tasted the incredible chicken shawarma wrap – bursting with flavor and a satisfying size. The falafels were absolutely the best I've ever had! The service was not only lightning-fast but also incredibly friendly. The only hiccup is that it's cash-only, but considering the fantastic pricing, it's a minor inconvenience worth overlooking.

Delicious, very fair prices. I got a lamb wrap and a steak wrap, both seasoned very well and very tasty. Falafel was good too. Great service, cosy atmosphere
Very decent grub for great value. Thanks guys for great lunch! Keep it up. I’m definitely coming back to do this again. Everything tasted delicious and lots of Mediterranean staples that taste great, every time. Trust me I know!!!
