I took Mama's Meatball Skinny sandwich. It was enough for me for dinner after a long walk. The shop was quiet, and we stayed there for a long time, but the staff never disturbed us.
I’m a big fan of Potbelly’s Italian Sandwich. It’s my “go-to” pick every time I dine in or take it to go.
This was my first time at this location.
My wife ordered online for pickup, so we had zero interaction with the employees. (This is my reason why I gave this location 4 stars.)
The food was up to the standards I’m used to when it comes to any other Potbelly’s.
The location was also very convenient as it was just a few hundred feet from my hotel.
Everything was fresh fantastic and clean. The veggie sandwich was absolulutely amazing. Devonte and the entire team were super helpful!! They had surprisingly, zero complaints from any customers!!! Awesome Suace!!!

This was my first time ever ordering potbelly’s or even stepping in to a potbelly’s store. My sister and I were immediately greeted by all the staff. I told them it was my first time in there, the manager (I think) Miguel, gave us a rundown on how it all works and answered all of our of questions with a smile on his face. The food tasting good set aside, I would definitely go back in there just to converse with the staff. Give Miguel a raise!!!

I had a pleasant experience today at Potbelly. I place an online order through the app for a AvoTurkey sandwich & Pot Pie soup. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call, from whom I believe to be the manager, stating that they ran out of Pot Pie soup and the next batch would be ready in an hour! I was devastated, Pot Pie soup is my favorite. The manager proceeded with giving me options on what can be done to resolve the issue. I decided to get chips and a cookie in place of the soup. He was very helpful and calm. Overall, my sandwich was really good and the customer service was great. Thank you!
I went to this store on May 14th and accidentally went in 5 minutes before closing time. I didn’t realize the store hours had changes due to Covid until after I left. To make matters worse I ordered 2 shakes. The two men working were more than professional. I wanted to apologize for coming in basically after hours and making them have to clean everything again. Hopefully the owner sees this review and gives the two workers the praise they deserve. Sorry for the inconvenience and hassle I caused. The food was perfect.
Super friendly staff! Fair prices and delicious food. All the veggies were super fresh and beutifully sliced. Great amount of sandwich options. We really liked the decoration of the place aswell. Doesn't have the feel of a fastfood chain, more of a cozy diner👍🏻
Fast and friendly good sandwiches. I have since been back here many times and I have to say there is an employee here, maybe a manager, who is exceptional. I think his name is DeAndre(?). He's exactly the poster boy for customer service, great attitude, friendly, great work ethic. Hope I got the name right.
I had never ate at Potbelly. This location was amazing! Shout out to the warm and friendly staff! The food was delicious and the fresh strawberry shake amazing!!!
Awesome food with a smile. Just ate here for the first time, and did not expect such an awesome sandwich. I ordered the "wreck", and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I have eaten in a long time. Adre and Erica were hustling behind the counter taking orders and making the perfect sandwiches all with hospitality and a smile!!
