What a find! I was in Chicago for conference and happened to walk by Chicago Teahouse, so stopped in.Beautiful store with artfully arranged tea accessories and an enormous number of tea types—a treasure trove for anyone who likes tea. I was so appreciative of the enthusiasm, knowledge, and helpfulness of the store tea-master. He selected a number of different teas for me to check out, and also prepared a cup of tea for me to sample. I bought two different types of tea (would have bought more if I wasn’t traveling) and he graciously included two generous samples (each packet will probably make at least 2-3 cups) of other teas for me to try. I’m pleased that they ship! I’ll definitely be ordering more tea when I’ve finished what I purchased. Can’t say enough good things about this tea house. The tea is delicious and the care/attention from the tea master was excellent.

Super cute store staffed with kind people. They are very knowledgeable and patient when it comes to finding the right tea for any occasion or anyone. They also offer to help create your own blend, which is a pleasantly surprising service to have!

I stopped in to see if there were any tea suggestions for an upset stomach and the tea master was so helpful. I was able to sample a few teas and they tasted amazing. Switching out my afternoon coffee for tea now thanks to the teahouse!

All the staff are knowledgeable and give out great advice.
I got my Yerba Mate and made in German Infuser.
Everything in Chicago Teahouse is ... inexpensive.
I highly recommend ordering a Barbie Drink or Peach Black Tea and drink it at the lovely Teahouse..
&I love the idea that we get to buy tea and get to enjoy the tea at the shop and have some wonderful conversations with the tea master, that's very similar to Taiwanese tea culture.

What an amazing tea shop, although it is a small one, but you will get the tea that you are looking for. I was impressed with their staff; very friendly and helpfull. I ordered one of jasmine tea options, and i tasted the Christmas tea - very tasty.
If you are around the Magnificent Mile and you love tea, you must visit this shop, and you will definitely enjoy the variety of tea and the service.
