Andy's Thai Kitchen - Chicago - Photo album

It s another good authentic thai food in chicago. Most dishes we ordered are very good. even some dish that it’s a little too sweet but good texture. the server was great. Place looks comfy, clean and space. Will go back to try another dishes. There are so many interesting dishes. Just head up, orde
The Pad Ped Catfish and Wild Boar were well-seasoned - the catfish was crispy, and the wild boar was tender and flavorful, though the meat portion felt a bit small. The Pad Phrik Khing Crispy Pork stood out with its very crispy pork belly pieces and excellent seasoning. Overall, it was a decent mea
Amazingly flavorful and well made dishes with TONS of vegetarian and vegan options. They were so large I think we all took home around half of our meal and got an entire second meal out of it. Located right off the Brown and Purple line at Diversey stop, it’s really easy to get to! It’s not a huge s
Got the Kao Soy spicy. Such a good balance of sweet and spicy. There was a strong peanut flavor and the broth kept me spooning for more. Only bad things were lack of napkins/none before I noticed stains on my shorts and some kind of acidic (probably the lime) took away from the dish. CASH ONLY
Restaurant is cash only. Food was yummy and came fresh. Great place to sit and eat too.
There were four of us and everyone enjoyed lunch. The food and service was fantastic. The only thing I think they should change is they only take cash. Like many businesses today, they can't afford to absorb the cost charged by the credit card companies. I believe they should offer the option, but h
I ordered two items for delivery; som tum and tom yam. I am very familiar with authentic thai dishes and these two dishes would tell me if this joint serves authentic Thai food or not. Kinda like when you go to a sushi joint and order their spicy tuna roll.. a barometer for authenticity. The food
Overall a solid meal, but customers be warned - this place plays it fast and loose with the spice! My girlfriend and I shared the beef pad see ew and the basil chicken with the grilled squid as an appetizer. All were delicious and well presented, though nothing particularly notable. The basil chick
This is a solid 4.3 rating. Ordered food to-go for Astros-Phillies but postponed. Lets start with the chicken satay, the grill on the chicken was perfect and peanut sauce was very tasty. Also ordered the Tom yum soup, which had nice tart and warm flavors with a lot of veggies. The star here is t
Loved loved the food. We had a slight hitch, my entree which was supposed to be vegetarian came with two pieces of chicken, which I was disappointed about and the server was very apologetic and was willing to immediately replace it. I would have not been ok if the taste of the overall meal wasn't p
I pass by ATK all the time and finally decided to order takeout (it's cash only if you're dining). I ordered Kao Soy because I wanted to try something different instead of the usual Pad Thai and someone recommended it on Google reviews and I'm glad I took their advice. Very delicious meal. The Kao S
I've eaten at ATK twice, and both times have been FANTASTIC. The menu is diet friendly, and they work around your spice level, too. Crazy big portions for the quality and price, and the food is made to order, too! Highly recommend if you're looking for an authentic Thai restaurant in Lakeview.
I have been going to ATK for my Thai cravings for over the past 3 years. They haven’t failed a single time. The service is wonderful here. Highly recommend their tom yum noodle soup, duck noodle soup and parang curry. Thai ice tea is a must as well. Make sure you bring cash because this is CASH only
Easy to get a seat on a Saturday around 5pm, but I have heard it gets busy later in the night! My dish was a bit too salty, but still very good. The Tam Kah soup was awesome!
Pros: BYOB, fresh ingredients, great price, fast & tasty meals. Cons: served us two meat dishes, despite ordering vegetarian ones. “The highest quality for the price point” is the best way to describe it. Def will consider going back if I’m in the neighborhood & have a hankering for Thai food.
