Deep Dish Pizza Chicago - Chicago - Photo album

Shared a medium Lou Pizza, the Malnati Salad, and the calamari appetizer. OUTSTANDING food and service. This location is just as great quality as the Wells St location. Interesting to have the "Italian brick basement" type feel, but when you look out of the windows, you realize you're in the second
Lou Malnati's Pizzeria on Michigan Ave. In Chicago is a great place to try a Chicago staple food - Deep Dish Pizza. The Chicago Classic sausage version was tasty and flavorful. Be sure to order the version with the buttery crust. The atmosphere was the cozy type of place you might expect in Chicag
One of the best pizzas I have ever had! Located in the Wrigley building is this cozy basement restaurant with a bar and a menu full of great options. I had never been to a Lou's before so we went with their signature pizza and it exploded with flavor from the first bite! Definitely try Lou's if you
I look forward to stopping by Lou's all year. The Chicago classic pizza and malnati's salad are amazing and consistently high quality. Staff was on top of it with refills and checking in on us. Really worth a visit! I didn't get the cookie this time (too full!) But their cast iron skillet cookie is
It was my first Chicago deep dish pizza. Even though it was 3:45 PM, I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a table so I decided to do takeout which took about 40 minutes and it was worth. I love the meet and the cheese layers which were rich in flavors. Their bottom crust was thick, so two pieces were
Lunch in September 2023 I first ordered a glass of prosecco which was not sparkling anymore! I advised the waiter who brought me another one. We had the cheddar cubes while waiting for the deep dish pizza but they were flavourless. We ordered the Manalti Chicago Classic for 2 people which was very
The pizza was fantastic the only problem was they forgot to put our order in & we were there for like 3 hours waiting & our waiter kept walking off without listening to what everyone needed during our forever wait. We had a party of nine. Good thing we had a lot to talk about amongst ourselves, but
Deep dish competition is on! When in Chicago, there are a few places that claim to have the best Deep dish or "cheese pull" but as the waiter said here, it's quality not quantity. This restaurant chain has several locations and they are different from the competitors because their sauce is more tart
Early dinner at 3:00pm Three of us ordered a medium “The Lou”. We all like it very much! We also had a lemonade, an IPA, & a calamari. It costs about $70 without tips. Expect waiting about 20-30 minutes time. Great experience, totally worthy!
All I can say is... wow. My first Chicago pizza experience was better than I ever imagined! The food was incredible. Our server was attentive and nice! The atmosphere was perfect! I wish I lived closer so I could come here all the time!
My wife is from Naples, Italy where pizza is serious business. When she heard I would be visiting Chicago on business she insisted ‘check out the pizza!’ I had a personal sized ‘Lou’ pizza and it was fantastic! So different from a Neapolitan pizza that it’s hard to believe that such different dish
Not a huge fan of Chicago style pizza but when I am in Chicago this is my favorite place. The pizza isn’t overwhelming like some other popular local places and they have great salads. The balance of the pizza ingredients are perfect. Wonderful service by Zoe our server made for a great lunch
Very nice location. Great service. I was not impressed with the personal deep dish pizza. I'm not local so I am not a great judge, but it wasn't very thick. Flavors weren't very pronounced. It was fine.
