Espression By Lavazza - Chicago - Photo album

Purchased the Neve Sulla Lava and a strawberry cream danish. Both were very good. Around $10 for both.
From the moment I walked in here.. I was greeted with kindness and energy! The staff was so friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I was invited back to pop in anytime. I would say the customer service was more than I have had at a cafe in a long time! I give this place 5⭐️ Jerry (the pigeon
Food and beverages are great here. What is not mentioned in the reviews is how ornery and incredibly rude half of the customers are who stay at the Drake, while expecting minimum wage workers from the south side to give two sh!ts about their customers problems. I was witness to it last visit, woman
I love to come here and relax with my thoughts and a good cup of Italian hot drinking chocolate 🍫 with a chocolate 🍫 croissant. The quiche here is absolutely delicious and all the croissants and pastries are baked fresh every morning by the pastry chef at the Drake hotel. The vibes are always posi
Recommend: great coffee and food items. Unfortunately it seems only lavazza left in Chicago. Can be a bit slow during high traffic times but otherwise all great.
The last Lavazza in Chicago. Small café with decent amount of seating in The Drake arcade. Prices are fair and service is great. My drip with oat milk was delicious and tasted fresh even for later in the day
Our FAVORITE coffee shop in the entire city!! Love this place so much. Besides the best coffee, the staff is super AMAZING. Thank You Aubrianna, Lutarsha, Monique, Ariel, and Tamika. Grazie Mille :)
Prompt, easy, lovely ladies working, and the egg and cheese croissant was quite good! Cold brew delicious as well. 5 stars if it weren’t so overpriced for the sizes of what I got. $12 for smaller coffee and a half croissant, but still good
Very sweet staff. Okay coffee. Tasty bakery items.
Good, but expensive. I come here often when I’m nearby, but wouldn’t usually go out of my way to visit. I recommend the mochas and the muffins.
Fast service, decent coffee. And huge shout out to Tamika, so friendly and intuitive as to what a customer actually wants. Thank you!
A little but of Italian style in Chicago, perfect for a quick breakfast. Located in the lobby of the famous Drake hotel and just beside the water tower. Load up on your coffee hit before attacking the shops.
The spinach and feta croissant was one of the best things I’ve ever had! Coffee was smooth and strong.
