Loved the meatball sandwich w/fries. Fresh mozzarella, good portion for the fries. Breading was soft Meatballs were huge and full of flavor. Very satisfied. Joreen was friendly. Nice first experience. It was worth the price. Less than 15 min wait.
Came here from New Mexico looking for some good deep dish Chicago pizza and that’s just what we got!
We started with the Buffalo wings and ate those with ranch and blue cheese dressing. The ranch was the best ranch I’ve ever had. It had a perfect garlic hint. The wings were delicious with these dressings !
We got a deep dish pizza with sausage and pepperoni. The crust was amazing. The pizza was Soo good especially with that ranch.
Then we finished with a pan cookie and it was the perfect sweet treat to end a great meal.
Felipe our server was wonderful, nice, and gave us great service.

We thought that the thickness of the pie had dropped considerably since our last visit, to another store, in 2017. This made for a too crunchy to eat rim of crust, which we had not had happen before. The flavour and brightness were undimmed, however, so there’s no real complaint. Our server was a joyful jewel of a lady. 70 on her next birthday and you’d never guess it. We had a really nice time!
Corner shop Old Town vibes pizzeria! Get the Lou. It is the best pizza in the US.
I've come to this specific location for 20 years. "The Lou" is my favorite. The service here is slow, so be patient. The food is very much worth the wait and the staff are so polite.
There's community effort and history behind this specific Lou Malnati's, so it's always a pleasure to support it. I look forward to going back again, especially so I can sit on the mosaic bench in front & enjoy the sunset.
We were visiting Chicago for work (Teacher conference) and we wanted to get a Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza. The "famous" pizza place was randomly closed and I'm kind of glad they were because we got to experience and support a local small business. I got the personal Chicago style Deep dish and could only eat half. I ate the other half when I got back to Oakland, CA and it was still delicious. The TSA agent also said this place was the absolute best pizza in Chicago. So...
Best pizza chain in Chicago hands down. Crust and sausage are absolutely exquisite.
The waitresses at this location add so much color and personality making this location a true experience to be had.
Great pizza! Quiet neighborhood restaurant with a friendly staff. They are accommodating and usually quicker than the estimated wait time for your food.
Originally ordered delivery and unfortunately there was an issue with their third party delivery service. The manager at this location was great and went above and beyond to rectify this issue. He made a very unpleasant experience into a positive one so thank you!
Ordered ours on Doordash. It was absolutely delicious, everything about it screamed fresh and homemade. I think the yeasty crust was my favorite part. We got the large sausage deep dish and added mushrooms. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had!
It’s a cute little spot with great smiles and wonderful people to welcome you in. I have been there a few times and it is now my entire family’s first choice. Their staff is attentive and friendly. The ambiance is adorable and cozy! FOOD IS ALWAYS AMAZING ❤️

If you want a deep dish pizza with a home style taste, that's filling, and that most Chicagoans will recommend it's Lou Malnati's pizzaria. Not only do they not skimp out on any ingredients but there is an incredible amount of flavor in every bite you take. I ordered their sausage and cheese deep dish and not only did it look incredibly appetizing, it actually was and didn't leave you feeling sick afterward. Would recommend this place to any pizza lover looking to have the BEST deep dish pizza in Chicago.

Great tasting pizza. Had the Lou and it was delicious. Customer service was great too! QWhen I went to pick up my pizza, it was not exactly as I ordered. The manager explained what happened and gladly made me another pizza just as I ordered.
This was the best deep dish pizza I have ever had. Service was spot on and the atmosphere was cozy. Highly recommend.
