Pat's Pizza was good with a few shortcomings. The crust was good and made for an enjoyable crunch with each bite. The group consensus found Pat's Special Pizza as a favorite. The group consensus thought the pizza sauce was a home-run but lacking in quantity. The lack of pizza sauce is the cause of deduction. Reviews mentioned some delectable garlic bread and the garlic bread made for a perfect first bite fuel starter. Placing an order online for delivery was simple and allowed for the inclusion of a tip. (Pro tip: ask for extra pizza sauce on the pizza)

Nice little restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Our server was great and the rest of the staff was attentive and polite. We tried a handful of the apps all of which were fantastic. The thin crust pizza was great, crust was slightly charred but we like it that way

We came for the pizza which was as expected delicious. Think crust tavern style is really good. But the seafood pasta was so delicious as well and the portion was huge! An adult and 2 kids shared it and couldn't finish it.

10/6/23 evening….The fried calamari, mozzarella breadsticks, and thin cracker crust pizza w/ spinach was delicious.
Minus a star because the waiter never came back to check If we needed anything, or if we were enjoying the food. He only came back to give us our check. The bus boy was attentive and awesome.

I really enjoyed this place. Kind of ironic to be eating the thinnest of the thin crust pies in Chicago, the land of deep dish. The pizza here is Chicago bar/tavern style. Typically it's main feature is a cured dough that's unbelievably thin. It's like eating toppings on top of a water cracker. I find it enjoyable but it's not for everyone. This place is a must visit if you're into that!

Beautiful interior that is well suited to dinner time; complete with cute booths. We got fried calamari, bruschetta, and cheese dip; I highly recommend all; they were fresh and delicious. The thin crust pizza is the epitome of a Chicago style pizza: crispy, flavorful, and delicious.

Off the bat - The service was 6 stars. Attentive. Friendly. Authentic. The food - even better. The calamari chunks were huge and fried to perfection. The star was the pizza of course. The sign above the door - best thin crust pizza in Chicago - tells no lies.

Best tavern cut pizza with a paper thin crust in Lakeview with a reasonable price. I always go with the sausage/ricotta pie. They also got decent apps like the wings and calamari.

BEST Pizza in the City of Chicago and around. I'm a thin crust person. If you are too or want to try crispy tasty pizza then you must come here. I've been a patron since my parents used to take me to the original location on Sheffield Ave. The ambiance is perfect local neighborhood style, which is comforting. My kids now go on their own with their friends. 3 generations can't be wrong.

Pat's pizza serves one of the best thin crust pizzas with lots of varieties to choose from. You can either choose the different options they have on their menu or make your own pizza but the quality of each of the pizzas they serve is top notch. Right from the cheese to the toppings everything is yummy. They also serve some really good onion rings, garlic bread and desserts. The ambience of the place is good to just enjoy some quality time with family and friends. The portion sizes can be decided depending on what you would like to eat and the staff here are really nice and suggest options as per your preferences.

Great place for pizza. Atmosphere was nice with several tables of families and business people enjoying dinner.

I’ve traveled for thin crust to Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, etc. and always come back to my hometown of Chicago to discover 8, 9, 10, etc. wonders of the thin crust pizza world. This is one of them. Hands down, their crust, the thinnest I’ve found, is my fav.

Visiting from Houston and this please was great. We got 3 pizzas and they all hit the spot. The chocolate cake and tiramisu were delicious!
As good as the food was, our waitress, AnaMarie was fantastic. Her recommendations were spot on and was very attentive. She could teach a master class on customer service.
I will be coming here and recommending this place to all my friends back home.

16” Pats Special. Terrific intro to Tavern-style pizza. Very Hospitable staff at closing time. Fried appetizer platter for more.

Want cracker thin tavern style Chicago pizza? This place is one of the best, on par with Vito & Nick's and Villa Nova. Their crust might be thinner and crunchier. They also have decent pastas, although their recent removal of bread from the menu is lame. You need a plain bread to best soak up delicious pasta sauce.

Picked up a variety of dishes for a gathering, generous portions, great thoughtful packaging for carry out, everything was delicious, the creamy tortellini was a big winner as was the pizza and lemon chicken. Great neighborhood spot, that in house sausage for the pizza can't be beat!

Best thin crust I have tried in the city so far after living here a year. Delivery was about 15 mins later than expected time and pizza was a little cold but still good!

My wife and I give this place 4.5 stars.
Pizza is a this crust…fairly close to to classic Chicago Tavern style. They offer lots of toppings to pick from. Ingredients are very fresh…I have never had such fresh olives on a pizza. Only knocks are the crust was a tad burnt in places and tomato sauce was not consistent across the pizza.
