This is a great neighborhood joint with plenty of space for large groups, sitting outside and I would imagine events too!

They have really great daily deals including one that's everyday which is their $5 wine (red or white).  They have had some specials that I have loved and others that I wouldn't really be that thrilled about having again.  Pizzas and pastas are usually pretty solid choices!

This is my favorite brunch spot! They offer a great bottomless mimosa deal. Don’t worry you’ll cup will never be empty. The staff does a great job of refilling it. Everything here is delicious. I have had their chicken and waffles. The chicken is perfectly crispy. The waffles are nice and fluffy. Overall, this place is wonderful! Whether you’re out with your friends or on a date you’ll be sure to have a great time.

We passed by this restaurant many times & were always curious to try it. Decided to go in a Thursday night to celebrate a birthday. Wow. Zia’s completely exceeded our expectations. From the fresh bread, homemade giardiniera to the daily appetizer specials ($7 for any item!), $5 wine pours, traditional, homemade Italian food (family recipe?) all the way to the delicious tiramisu with birthday candle! Our server Darwin was the best & helped make it a great experience. Thank you! BTW - while there weren’t many vegan options on the menu (please add more Zia’s), they were very open to making modifications without hesitation.

Fun place. Food is pretty average, some ended up on a salty side. Seating limit two hours during social distancing just be aware or ask. Outside seating provided many flies in our drinks.

Selecting Zia's Lago Vista was one of the BEST decisions we made in planning our wedding. I think I have heard from almost every person that attended our celebration that they were beyond impressed with the food, the service from the Zia's team, and how stunning the space looked. You can't beat getting this feedback from family who are professional event planners: 'Every time a serving plate was empty a new dish of food appeared instantly, every time my drink was empty I was offered a new one right away, and the staff was unbelievably nice'. Ryan went above and beyond anything we could have imagined to accommodate all of our wishes and truly welcomed us to Zia's as if we were family. I cannot say enough fabulous things about the experience we had on our wedding day, as well as in the months that we spent planning the details. Hats off to Ryan and his team for everything they did for us- truly an unforgettable experience.

They messed up our order but everything was so great that it didn't matter. Such great staff. Franky and Kevin are a great team. Ryan the GM was a total pro. The bathrooms are very nice and clean. The food was amazing!!! Overall, I was impressed. Will definitely be going back.

Delicious food! Came here for brunch and had the best French toast ever! They have bottomless mimosas for like $20 and trust me, your glass will NEVER be empty! They even had a live DJ! Awesome music and super nice atmosphere. I always come again :)

Solid brunch. We had crab cakes benedict, chicken and waffles, and chicken sandwich. All were very good. Mimosas were kept full, despite not being the most tasty. However, once you get past the first two, the rest go down very easily. Server was very nice and attentive. Music was very good. A good value for your money. $18 for food. $15 for bottomless. I will be back to try another menu item. Convenient to get to. Huge backyard. We sat in quiet front area, but it was still fun.

Overall: While they may be known for their brunch, Zia's is also a great option for dinner! The good: During COVID, they have TONS of outdoor seating, with plenty of heat lamps to keep you warm. Given the pandemic, the menu is still pretty expansive, including daily specials. The fritto misto was cooked perfectly, with not too much breading on the calamari, shrimp, and scallops. And, the cavatelli was outstanding - the noodles were cooked perfectly and the sauce was creamy and flavorful. The sausage was spot and and there were generous dollops of ricotta to top it off. The not-so-good: Service could've been better, we had to ask multiple times to have our water refilled and the check came out after a long wait (luckily we weren't in a rush). The costs overall are also a tad pricey. Luckily the entrees came in huge portions, which help justify that point Food/drink: 9/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 8/10

Very good food. I got a blackened pork chop. It was tender and had plenty of flavor. It's not my favorite Italian place in Chicago, and the service wasn't overly friendly, but overall it was a good dining experience. I would stop here again.

This is my go to bottomless brunch spot! The staff are quick and attentive which makes the mimosas actually bottomless! The atmosphere is amazing because of their very lit DJ set. The breakfast pizza and the Brennan Eggs are to die for! I wish they had a few more items on their menu but other than that it’s a flawless experience!

Amazing. We stumbled by this place by luck and we are so glad we did. The place is deceivingly huge!! Even the entrance has massive doors, be careful they are extremely heavy. The patio is adorable. Lots of tables too, and nice lighting. The bar area is more causal but there are also a lot of tables. The dining area was super nice, bit brightly lit, but very nice experience. There was a great selection of wine and beer (a lot of local options, which I love). The food was amazing. Seriously. AMAZING. I had one of the specials, the white fish. There were two fillets, definitely enough to share for two. My boyfriend got one of their regular chicken entrees and it was so good too. Had two pretty large chicken breasts, definitely enough to share. The one complaint would be our waiter, he had a lot of tables and it wasn’t terrible since we had such a good time, but he was overstretched for sure. Would absolutely go back. (Sorry for the half eaten food picture, we were starving)

Had the Skate Filet special with Angel Hair. Brought home some of the pasta but none of the skate. Super tasty. Fair prices and off street parking. Lauren was attentive and friendly.

Best Brunch place in Chicago! The staff is always courteous, friendly and fun. Their food selection is the best . They Benedict Granchio (Crab Cake Benedict) is amazing. The bottomless mimosas make it all so much fabulous. Definitely check this place out. Large tables to a table for two they can accommodate.
