Was craving pepperoni deep dish pizza and I had a specific taste I had in mind. I decided on this place and the pizza was absolutely amazing. The cheese was so soft and warm. The tomato sauce was so delicious.
I love the atmosphere too. It looks like a really good place to take your family to.
The service was also good, staff was pretty friendly.

I cannot overstate how incredible the staff was on our visit from top to bottom. We brought our conference attendees from all over the nation to experience Giordano's and we heard high praise from every one of them. Lalo, Mel, and Monica did an amazing job as our servers and bartenders. They were friendly, fast, and always available. Jorge was also a great help and big reason for their success in his setup and food running. The food came out still steaming, and that is largely due to his support. Finally, the manager Erica checked in with us regularly, was fantastic to work with, and made sure we felt welcome not only on this visit, but any future as well. Again, I cannot endorse this location and this staff enough. If you want a true Chicago style pizza experience, check out this Giordano's!

Not from Chicago, but I finally got to try their famous deep dish pizza. I can't rate this the best because I'm not a local but it was good being an out of towner. Nice experience with the cheese effect.

We called in advance to order for dine in for deep dish pizza as it takes a while to cook. The lady who picked up the phone she was very helpful taking our order and getting our info. We walked in and told the host that we called in advance and he sat us down and got our drink order, we ordered additional appetizer calamari which was delicious with fried lemon. And not even 10 after we got our deep dish pizza. Depending on time and day i would highly recommend to call in advance to see if you can order to reduce wait time!

Great place to get authentic Chicago deepdish pizza! Prices are pretty reasonable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Order less than you imagine as those deep pizzas are VERY filling!

This branch is very famous to tourists so make sure to bring tons of patience for the long line. But, we got lucky during our visit because we were only 2 people and was contacted 8 minutes after we made the dine in reservation. Anyway, we definitely recommend the Chicago Deep Dish pizza and Calamares. Also, our server was very friendly and helpful (sorry we forgot her name). This is a must try in Chicago!

This pizza was awesome, and so worth the price. We got a medium, which feeds 3-4, and my 4-person family got full off of the 2 slices each.

Everything I expected out my first real Chicago deep dish pizza. Thick cheese and amazingly rich tomato sauce and the perfect crust. One slice is a whole meal but I gladly ate 3.
